The company is established in 2014, as a completely privately (family) owned company by Vanchoski Igor. Intek Global Solutions covers more than 70% of the industrial crane market in the country, in the meaning of providing different services, whether that would be spare parts, maintenance, modernizations, new crane equipment, etc.

Services

We provide following services to our customers: maintenance services, reparation and modernization services, steel wire ropes changes, Limit Switches, Radio Remote Controls, Pendant Controls, implementation of Frequency Control on gear-motors, etc.

There are two main types of maintenance services, corrective and preventive maintenance.

Corrective maintenance

Corrective maintenance can be defined as a maintenance task performed to identify, isolate, and rectify a fault so that the failed equipment, machine, or asset can be restored to an operational condition within the tolerances or limits established for in-service operations.

Corrective maintenance is maintenance which is carried out after failure detection and is aimed at restoring an asset to a condition in which it can perform its intended function.

Preventive maintenance

Preventive maintenance has the following meanings:

The care and servicing by qualified personnel for the purpose of maintaining equipment and facilities in satisfactory operating condition by providing for systematic inspection, detection, and correction of incipient failures either before they occur or before they develop into major defects.
Maintenance, including tests, measurements, adjustments, and parts replacement, performed specifically to prevent faults from occurring.

The main value of Predictive Maintenance is to allow convenient scheduling of corrective maintenance, and to prevent unexpected equipment failures. The key is “the right information in the right time”. By knowing which equipment needs maintenance, work can be better planned (spare parts, people etc.) What would have been “unplanned stops” are transformed to shorter and fewer “planned stops”, thus increasing plant availability. Other advantages include increased equipment lifetime, increased plant safety, and optimized spare parts handling.

Moreover, the planned maintenance of equipment will help improve equipment life and avoid any unplanned maintenance activity. A successful preventive maintenance program is dependent on the cooperation of all the parties involved. Maintenance managers must rely on the knowledge, ideas, and contributions of all the maintenance personnel.

The implementation of a preventive maintenance program can be time consuming and costly. This creates constant debate as to whether a preventive maintenance program is worth utilizing.
Will the man hours and money invested in the program outweigh emergency repairs? From our experience, we believe that when a program is properly operated the benefits exceed the costs.

Reparation and modernization services

Reparation and modernization services usually includes changing of some parts of the equipment, while in the same time keeping and “refreshing” main parts of the crane. In this kind of actions usually steel structure and end carriages are kept, while gear-motors, electrical cubicles (with implementation of latest and best technologies), festoon system (cable system), and controls are changed.

Steel wire rope

Steel wire rope is probably most exposed part of the crane. It is the one on which the load is directly attached. Top quality materials give us security and reliability, as well and confidence in every day routine.

Limit switches

Limit switches are used for movement control of the crane, trolley or hook path. They secure movable elements of the crane to achieve desired speed in specific area.

Radio remote controls

Radio remote controls provide easy, comfortable and reliable crane handling, preserving strictest EU standards.

Pendant stations

Pendant stations represent standard “old fashion” way of crane manipulation, connected by self-supporting cable to the crane electronics.

Implementation of Frequency control

Implementation of Frequency control is one type of crane modernization, on which one we give special accent, because it is simplest and most effective way of modernization. With our Know-How approach we can adjust your crane system for optimal usage, soft starts and stops, taking the most of your crane.
